Ever thought about having your wedding reception at dock o' the bay?
More and more couples are coming to us for their special day.
They all say it's because they want an informal, fun and relaxed wedding without all the rules that you get in a bigger venue..... and the price is much more reasonable.
The last thing you want is to feel cheated on your wedding day. Some places if you say the word "wedding" suddenly everything costs three times as much, well we keep the prices the same as our regular menu.
We make it very personal and do everything so the day is fun and stress free.
You will get a completely personal service from me, bridget. This starts from the initial phone call or email to meetings with you and your families right through to the day itself which I run from beginning to end.
I am always at the end of a phone or email and will happily answer any questions or worries you may have. I've even been known to do a bit of counselling in the week running up to the wedding!
We can do all sizes of weddings and either a sit down meal or a buffet.
To have dock o' the bay exclusively you will need to have 60 - 70 (you can fit a few more) for a sit down 3 course meal and anything over that, up to 120, for a buffet. We have menus and prices for both that we can discuss at our first meeting.

Private functions
We can cater for parties large or small.
We have a great private party room that seats up to 27 for a sit down meal or up to 35 for a buffet. It is separate while still part of the restaurant so doesn't lose any of the atmosphere.
We also have a new area that seats up to 20 for private dining and this is right in the heart of the restaurant. It opens onto the back sun terrace so fabulous in the summer and cosy and warm in the winter.
We can create party menus for you for any budget.
We only usually hire out the whole venue for weddings.
